Monitoring central heating temperatures

Now that i have a modulating Opentherm thermostat, i was wondering what was going on in terms of temperatures of the water going into and coming out of the central heating.

So i fixed 2 DS1820 1-Wire temperature sensors to the 2 pipes and made a chart.
